App Privacy Policies

Each app has its own policy page, because each app is reviewed by the app stores on its own. These are the policies to use in App Store Connect and Google Play:

• Arithme-Tic Tac Toe — collects no personal information. No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking.
• Times up! — collects no personal information. Timer settings stay on your device. No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking.
• gInfo — collects no personal information. Location is used on your device only, to ask Apple Maps for nearby businesses. No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking.
• Get That Point! — collects no personal information. No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking, works offline.

In short: none of our apps collect, sell, or share personal information, and none of them contain advertising or third-party tracking. Where an app shows data supplied by someone else (for example business listings), that app's own policy explains its accuracy limits.

This Website

This site is a set of static pages hosted on GitHub Pages. It has no accounts, no sign-up, no comment forms, no newsletters, and no checkout. We do not ask you for, and do not store, any personal information in order to read it.

Like any web server, GitHub records standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) when a page is served. Those logs belong to GitHub and are covered by GitHub's Privacy Statement. We do not receive them.

Cookies

We do not set cookies and we do not run a cookie banner, because there is nothing of ours to consent to. The only cookies or similar identifiers that can appear on this site come from the third-party services described in the next section, which are controlled by those services and their own policies.

Third-Party Services on This Site

• Google Ads conversion tag (AW-18333312071) — loaded on the Arithme-Tic Tac Toe App Store redirect page only, to measure whether an ad click led to an App Store visit. It may set a cookie or read a device or click identifier. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• Google Fonts — the home and app pages load the Amiri and Quicksand typefaces from Google's font service, which receives your IP address and browser details when the font file is requested. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• GitHub Pages — hosting and delivery, as described above.

We do not use any other analytics, advertising, or social-media embeds on this site, and we never sell or share information about visitors.

If You Email Us

The only personal information we ever hold is what you choose to send us. If you email treslunatech.dev@gmail.com, we receive your email address and message, and we use them only to reply and to keep a record of the support request. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not share it.

You can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time, and we will delete it within 30 days.

Your Rights and Data Deletion

Because we hold no personal data beyond email you have sent us, there is no account, profile, or database to access, correct, export, or delete. Email treslunatech.dev@gmail.com and we will delete your correspondence within 30 days, or answer any question about the data we hold.

Data an app keeps on your device — game progress, preferences, recently viewed categories — is stored locally and is removed when you delete the app. Deleting the app is the complete deletion request for that data.

Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, children included. Our apps that are made for children collect nothing at all; see each app's policy for its COPPA statement.

Links to Other Sites

Our pages link to the App Store, Apple Maps, and other sites we do not operate. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies, and we have no control over its content or practices.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If our practices change, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top, and where the change affects an app, we will update that app's policy page too. Each app's page keeps its own effective date so you can see when that app's terms last changed.
