Get That Point! does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. The game has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no in-app purchases. It works entirely on your device.

Information We Collect

None. We do not ask for a name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information, and the App contains no code that gathers them.

How Your Information Is Used and Stored

The App stores your own preferences on your device only — the map you last chose, which side you play on, and whether sound is on. These settings live in the App's private storage, are never sent anywhere, and are removed when you delete the App.

Network Access

The game does not connect to the internet. It makes no network requests, so nothing about you or your play can leave your device.

Third-Party Services

There are no third-party services, SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics providers in this App. Apple may collect crash and usage diagnostics if you have enabled sharing them with developers in your device settings; that data is controlled by Apple and is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy. We receive it only in an aggregated, anonymous form, or not at all.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is no data to access, correct, export, or delete.

Deleting the App (long-press the App icon → Remove App → Delete App) removes everything the App stored, and is the complete deletion request for that data. If you have emailed us for support and want that correspondence deleted, say so at treslunatech.dev@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Get That Point! is a game suitable for all ages and collects no information from anyone, children included. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and because the App collects nothing at all, there is nothing for a child to submit.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
