Times up! Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 17, 2026
This policy applies to the Times up! iOS app (the "App") published by Tres Luna Tech & Dev LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Times up! is a timer: it counts down from a set duration or to a set time, and can ping you at a repeating interval.
Summary
Times up! does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party services. Your timer settings stay on your device.
Information We Collect
None. The App does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information, and it contains no code that gathers them.
How Your Information Is Used and Stored
The App stores the settings that make your timer behave the way you left it: the counting mode, the duration or target time, whether an interval alert is on and how long the interval is, and how many timers you have completed. These are kept in the App's own storage on your device, are never sent anywhere, and are removed when you delete the App.
The count of completed timers is used only to decide when to show Apple's standard in-app review prompt. That prompt is presented by iOS through StoreKit; no rating, review, or prompt result is sent to us.
Network Access
The App does not connect to the internet. It makes no network requests, so nothing about you or your timers can leave your device.
Notifications and Device Permissions
So that an alarm still fires when the screen is locked or the App is in the background, Times up! schedules a local notification with iOS when you start a timer. These notifications are created and delivered on your device, not from a server, and iOS asks your permission before the first one.
- Declining or disabling notification permission simply means alarms will not alert you outside the App.
- The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, or location.
Third-Party Services
There are no third-party services, SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics providers in this App. Apple may collect crash and usage diagnostics if you have enabled sharing them with developers in your device settings; that data is controlled by Apple and is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy, and is received by us, if at all, only in aggregate and anonymous form.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Because we store no personal data on any server, there is no copy of your information to breach, sell, or share.
Deleting the App (long-press the App icon → Remove App → Delete App) removes the settings and history it stored, and is the complete deletion request for that data. If you have emailed us for support and want that correspondence deleted, say so at treslunatech.dev@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
Times up! collects no information from anyone, children included, and has no accounts, no advertising, and no feature that lets a user communicate with anyone. The App is suitable for all ages.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
If our practices change, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Because the App collects nothing, we do not expect this policy to change except to reflect a new version of the App.
