gInfo Privacy Policy

Summary

gInfo does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. It has no accounts, no servers, no advertising, and no analytics. Your location is used on your device only, to ask Apple Maps for nearby businesses.

Information We Collect

None. We do not collect:

• Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
• Location data — precise or coarse — on any server of ours (we have no servers)
• Usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or device identifiers
• User accounts or passwords
• Photos, contacts, or files

How Your Information Is Used and Stored

When you choose a category (for example "Coffee" or "Pizza"), gInfo uses Apple's standard location services on your device to find businesses near you. Your location is used only on your device, to query Apple Maps for nearby businesses. That query goes directly from your device to Apple, under Apple's Privacy Policy. It is never sent to us.

We have no servers. We do not see, store, or have access to your location or your searches. The list of top 3 businesses is displayed on your device and is not saved. Because we collect nothing, we cannot access, sell, or share your data with anyone.

Your recently selected categories may be kept locally on your device so the App reopens the way you left it. That is the only thing stored, and it never leaves the device.

Third-Party Services

gInfo uses one third-party service to provide business listings:

• Apple MapKit — to find nearby businesses. Your device's approximate location is sent to Apple to return results. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not integrate any analytics, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs.

Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

Important — the data shown might not be accurate. All business information, ratings, reviews, hours, addresses, and rankings shown in gInfo come from third-party providers such as Apple Maps.

• Accuracy not guaranteed — that data may not be complete, current, or correct. Ratings, reviews, opening hours, locations, and availability change frequently and may be out of date, wrong, or incomplete when you look at them.
• No independent verification — we do not independently verify, validate, or guarantee any listing, rating, or other information the App displays.
• Use at your own risk — verify any business information independently before visiting or contacting a business. gInfo is provided for informational purposes only.
• No endorsement — being shown in the top 3 is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of quality, service, or reliability. Rankings reflect third-party rating data at the time of your search only.

We are not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in that data, or for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on it.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because gInfo does not collect, store, or process personal data on our servers, there is no personal data of yours for us to retain or delete.

• Nothing stored by us — we have no database, no user accounts, and no servers holding your personal information, so there is nothing to delete on our side.
• Data on your device — locally stored data, such as your recently selected categories, can be removed at any time by deleting the App (long-press the App icon → Remove App → Delete App) or by clearing its data in iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → gInfo.
• Support emails — if you have emailed us for support, you may ask us to delete that correspondence at any time at treslunatech.dev@gmail.com, and we will delete it within 30 days.

If you believe any data was collected inadvertently, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Children's Privacy

gInfo collects no information from anyone, including children under 13. The App is suitable for all ages.

Security

As no data is collected or transmitted to us, there is no data of yours on a server of ours that could be exposed in a breach.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

If our practices change, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date above.
