Arithme-Tic Tac Toe Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 10, 2026 · Last updated: October 17, 2026
This policy applies to the Arithme-Tic Tac Toe iOS app (the "App") published by Tres Luna Tech & Dev LLC ("we," "us," "our"). It explains what the App does with information — which, in short, is nothing.
Summary
Arithme-Tic Tac Toe does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party services of any kind. Everything the App remembers stays on your device.
Information We Collect
None. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, contact details, location data, or financial information from you or your children. The App contains no code that gathers it.
The App is an educational game for children in Grades 1 through 4 and is designed to be played offline. It does not require an account, a login, or an email address to use.
How Your Information Is Used and Stored
The only information the App keeps is what makes the game work: your game progress and settings, stored locally in the App's own storage on your device. That data is never sent anywhere, is not visible to us, and is removed when you delete the App.
If you obtain the App through the App Store, Apple handles the download and any payment. We do not process, see, or store any payment or card information; that is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services
There are no third-party services, SDKs, advertising networks, or analytics providers in this App. Specifically:
- No ads — the App contains no advertising of any kind.
- No tracking — no third-party tracking, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs (such as Firebase, Flurry, or Crashlytics) that collect device identifiers or user behaviour.
- No social media — the App does not integrate with any social platform and has no feature that lets a user post or message.
Apple may collect crash and usage diagnostics if you have chosen to share them with developers in your device settings. That data is controlled by Apple and covered by Apple's Privacy Policy, and is received by us, if at all, only in aggregate and anonymous form.
Device Permissions
The App asks only for what it needs to save game progress locally. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photo library, or location.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. Because we store no personal data on any server, there is no server-side copy of your information to breach, sell, or share.
Game progress and settings on your device can be removed at any time by deleting the App (long-press the App icon → Remove App → Delete App). That is the complete deletion request for anything the App stored.
Children's Privacy
Arithme-Tic Tac Toe is an educational game built for children, and we comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — in fact, we collect none from anyone.
The App has no account creation, no email requirement, and no feature that would let a child communicate with anyone or share information publicly. If you believe a child has somehow sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
If our practices change, we will post the updated policy on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Because the App collects nothing, we do not expect this policy to change except to reflect a new version of the App.
